Coaching services are non-refundable for any reason and includes, but are not limited to online programs, private VIP days, bonus days, group coaching programs and masterminds.

It is agreed and understood that should Client deviate from payment terms outlined above after the commencement of services, all Services will be suspended until payment is made Suspension of Services does not release Client from responsibility for fulfilling payment obligations.

By accepting the terms and agreements of the program you have chosen, you have authorized Carla Salteris International, LLC to charge your credit card for any unpaid charges on the dates set forth herein. If you choose a multi-pay, you authorize our company to make all changes at the time they are due and do not require separate authorization in order to do so. You agree to refrain from making any chargebacks to our account or to cancel the credit card that is provided as security without Carla Salteris International, LLC’s prior written consent. You will be held responsible for any fees (including billable hours by employees to handle such occurrences) associated with recouping payment on chargebacks and any collection fees associated therewith.

RETURNED CREDIT CARD FEES

There will be a $25 service fee for all declined credit card per incident If payment is not made within 5 days of the due date, a $50 service fee will be added.
